F-Body Europe

Hello everybody!

This is my first post here. I've been on http://www.camaroz28.com for a while, few days ago learned about this European forum.

Anyway, I have problem with my headlights. Previous owner swap it from US to some strange big, akward and ugly lights (http://www.fbody.org.pl/klubowe/greg/greg_04.jpg - driving lights). Now, I know we have to put asymetrical lights in our countries - I've seen pictures of your cars (http://www.fbodyeurope.org/members.php) - you all got headlights, that appear to look just like those original! Where I can get those? Where did you get yours? I would be very thankful for any information.

Looks Like the the H4 Standard to me. You will probably be better off with that because there brighter and those parts are readily stocked in Europe.

I used the Autooptiks conversion kit which is a US style headlight BUT prepared for Bulbs, so it's NOT sealed beam and it allows several style bulbs and has the euro style Beam.
From the outside they look identical to the OEM headlights but they are A LOT better at night, plus you can actually decide what bulbs you use and replace them when broken rather than having to replace a complete unit !
