Thinking of replacing my stock leather seats with pair of Recaro's. I want to use my stock belts with them, but stock seats have loop (?) for directing the belt and Recaros don't have those. It seems like I will have a problem with belt rubbing my neck. Does anybody use aftermarket seats and stock belts and how it works out ?

Works fine for me and my Corbeau's. Just get one of the seat belt pads if it comes to slicing your neck. Primarily drive w/ the stk belts but when I'm gunnin and running I strap myself in w/ the 5pt harness. You'll be ok.

How much those Recaros gonna run ya? I know they aren't cheap.

Those are $720 per piece here w.out rails, but I will buy them brand new from private seller for $840 a pair. Seems like a good deal for me.
