I was talking to a buddy who said that the tail lights on european f-bodies were different than those on the US version. I would like to know what they look like if they are different. Thanks

Nope, I think somewhere around 98 or something they put the same tail lights on both US and european models ... Models for Japan have different one AFAIK ...

Garry is correct, the different lights are on the Japanese models. Good luck finding them! Last time I saw a set was on eBay that sold for over $850... Let me know if you find them though, for less that is!

I just got done looking at some stuff on google.com. I found a place called Japan Direct. It's only an hour drive from my house. They specialize in japanese engines and transmissions. I sent them an email and asked if they are able to get them. If so and they are at a good price i might have to buy some. I'll keep my fingers crossed.....

forgot to say I really like that bumper with the lights in it. Is that standard in europe or did you do that after you got the car?

Nope, they come standard with rear fog lights ... plus a couple other goodies, like Firebird seats, folding mirrors, height-adjustable headlights, and a V6 muffler on Z28's ...

What I really like about the European Camaros is the Firebird Seats! The wrong exhaust on the Z28s is a joke of course... but it can be changed.
RTZSS: I don't think that you had the option to go without a power antenna here in Germany. When I bought my car the only options I could get was (a) leather seats, (b) T-Tops and (c) CD changer. But maybe it was different with the V6s?

It was on there when I got the car - could have been an extra pre-ordered by the previous owner ... had only the stock el cheapo R/C in it, though ... no tellin if the power antenna comes stock on the Euro Camaro 'Vert - might have been a package deal with the leather power seats

Why do all Camaros have orange rear flashers and yet the aftermarket lights seem to have all red???
