Well after a long talk with John today... I think his current direction is in the form of a fuel pump... Then since I saw the look in his eye when he went for a spin, he might do the ultimate LT1 Mod...... You got it a LS1...

I got a extra LS1 to play with. I could throw in a 6 speed with it. We could trade some stuff let me know?

Yea, he could melt that LS1 down and make a set of cylinder heads and a nice driveshaft, and maybe enough material left over for some pedal covers. :D

Hmmm let me see.........Fuel pump as stated intake and inline pump. Possibly 6-8lbs of silent boost but that won't be until 03. Want to make sure the car is running perfect before that.

I've seen the turbo kits for the LT1's and the custom header jobs and they are sweet and plugs are a breeze to get to. 6K though for the twin setup. That would be sweet over here but there is always the issue of tuning it. Frankly there is no one here to do it so that leaves me to getting a laptop 1st and learn it myself. (Yeah right :) )

But for now I've got a list of things that I want done before Cars R the Stars. Paint job, guages, some little stuff here and there. I'm ordering some motor plates and a Alt relocation bracket the beginning of the year so that'll clear up the bay some more.

That's it for now...........HRE's? That's some serious moola. I'd love a set too but I'll just stick w/ what I have for now.

Yeah a LS1 is on the brain too....TT 427 super stroker in a 99 Firehawk w/ Mecham spoiler and Raptor hood shodded w/ HRE's coil overs and all the other parts from the Toy swapped over.............DROOL.....;)

The alternator relocating kit does look sharp when you pop the hood. If you do decide to go to an LS1 you know where to drop the 396 of at or i'll come and pick it up. :)

Jack you don't want some of this fine piece of ford engineering. A beetle has nothing over the station Wagon. I have enough room to even throw my kids in here for xtra weight in the twisties. You want some come on over next weekend and we'll race we have the woods trails right across the street. Look how intimidating this pic is. :)
