i am from florida and will be shipping my car back to florida. we have no emmissions testing or inspections there. question is i am getting ready to do headers and y-pipe do i have to have my cat on the car to ship it back to the states or what are the regs or laws on that

check with the car shipping agency that will be shipping your car (that might be transcar).....
you are supposed to have the cat , because any mods may not be covered in the insurance...
and the shipping agency might get in trouble by the feds for trying to import a vehicle with an altered exhaust system.......
but sometimes some may get away without cats........
