There were enough other folks on TV who were not really acting like they should - color of skin doesn't seem to be a distinguishing feature for behavior in certain situations ...
Now, I would understand the people if the broke into a closed shop e.g. to get some food or water, or maybe even some clothing - what I can't understand is seeing a person interviewed while pushing a shopping cart, saying that she has no food or water, and the cart full with paper towels. Loaded with it.
Or other people stealing an arm full ties or non-essential items ... that is absolutely uncall for ...
