What's the difference between 305 and 350 crankshafts with a 2 piece rear main seal? My book shows the stroke and journal sizes are the same.

Would a 305 crankshaft work in a 350 using 350 rods and pistons?

Should be the same. The only real difference between the 305 and 350 was the piston bore size.
