Last e-mail top...first e-mail bottom. Considering I'm drunk right now...I think I kept my calm.
You are a man of experiences and convictions. I am as well. I'll search for the Automotive parts I need with APO friendly companies.

Hi Ryan;
Yes, I did invite you to order the pads. Unfortunately we do not ship to APO
addresses. It has nothing to do with whether or not we support the troops (I'm a
military brat myself). We used to ship to APO addresses. We had over 50% loss of
goods claimed by customers we shipped to. We stopped shipping to APO addresses
because we not only lost a bundle of money, the customers who did not get their
products were pissed off as well. Since that policy change, we have made
exceptions on 4 different occasions in the past few years for customers,
explaining why we were hesitant to ship to APO but giving it another shot. On
three of those occasions, the packages never arrived. Obviously we had no choice
but to refund the customer's money. In one instance, the customer actually got
angry at us sending a very rude email accusing us of not shipping the items and
being a scam.
We are a for-profit company and if you think for a minute I don't want to ship
to APO addresses, you are wrong. Why would I not? It would expand our customer
base which is what we are in the business to do. But we have lost over $6000 in
products trying to ship to APO addresses and can not continue to do that and
stay in business.
Most of our oversees customers have their products shipped to a friend or family
member in the states and forwarded on. If you'd like to do that, we'd be happy
to. If you'd rather we cancel the order, we will do that as well, it is up to
you. Just let us know.
I apologize for the inconvenience.
