[ The last LS6 to spin the dynos here in OK ran a rather ho-hum 350+/-rwhp while stock LS1's were 290-310rwhp LOL All I have is bolt ons!!! But it is making some Hapees. It could be my immagination playing tricks on me.

I was just getting to the fact, that a LS6's power has alot to do with its better flowing heads. Because the LS1 heads are so good, the improvements are smaller.

Granted there is still alot of power, because its starting from a much higher baseline, just the law of diminishing returns creeps up much faster.

Yes I agree!!! It also gets expensive. If my wife had any idea I would be sleeping in the dog house.

It sounds pretty Nasty but Kewl!!! I like the way it sounds. I try to putt,putt around town but the clutch is ceramic no slip and it is uncool to stall it.

How is it when you go in reverse? Do you have to feed more gas than usual to avoid the detox shakes?

Reverse is fine the only time I have any problem is 1st @ a Idle it grabs a little. Overall very streetable she jumps around a little. This thing is a bear or at least that is how it feels.
