You dirty bastard. If it's electron blue, I'm gonna kick your @$$! Did you just do the exterior, or EVERYTHING?
I guess we're not going cruising this weekend!

Everything but the bay. But I'm having that retouched in it's original color of blk for the vintage muscle car look. I didn't go hog wild w/ the color like I wanted it too mainly because of me and maintaining it. So it's rather conservative almost dissappointing to be honest because the car really needs a bad ass color w/ the bad ass attitude it has. It's not a GM hue like I initially intended. Dark Green Grey Metallic. I saw a Camaro last wk in the exact color and I wasn't pleased by a long shot mostly because it wasn't kept up. Plus my wife was like "that color?" as to say why.
So I took a page out of Johnny's book and stole his color he was shooting for since I convinced him to stay Hugga Orange.
Should be sweet nonetheless. May go up this wkend and see the process a little if I can get away for a few hrs.

Hmm, that's an interesting color choice. I can't even find it on the 'net.... I bet it's nice, though. Otherwise, you definitely wouldn't have chosen it!

I love the black too but it's a pain in the ass to keep up. And rock chips show instantly esp w/ me doing 180mph blast. What really turned me off was no matter what I did I'd always not be satisfied after washing it waxing it etc. The paint job was flawless from Mark no question but I got tired of cleaning it every time I hit a slight puddle etc. Plus I already own a black A4. Brotha isn't getting any younger either. Took a lot out of me being a stickler w/ both cars now I only have to worry about the A4 in that fashion.

Yes John I understand what you mean with keeping it clean.
I guess I have to see the new color - right now it is just that the black color is sticking in my head.
Like Roy is silver and Jack is red ...
Jack I hope I read good news on Monday or Tuesday.
Wednesday morning my flight goes - be gone to Florida,
until the weather decides to get better in this country.

I wish... the ticket says coming back 8th of January,
but ... I may just miss the flight.
Oh, there is this Visa problem... the 3 month are over
middle of March...

Roy, we have people there, but no LN's - my chain of command turned down every each voluntary application since the 90's I can't get the necessary security clearance. Wrong place of birth. Should have joined the AF many years ago when I had the opportunity for a career in uniform, but instead I decided to stay civilian within DLA. Now I am stuck.

I hope I have good news to post, too! That would be a great change of pace.
Have fun in Florida.. Only 10 more months, and I will be there!
