Sounds like fun! I remember back in the day doing this and had a nice turn out.

I'd come but I'm in galaxy far far away for the next untold months. If I was around I'd go for sure and place 2nd or 3rd...because Roy's daughters are no joke and I don't like being 1st anyways I rather chase you down then maintain the lead. :D

Hope you guys have fun and lets do this again in the spring!
I can't wait to read the results. LOL!

Definitely sounds like some team races, at least 2 or maybe 3 people per team ... guess that way we could level out the weight differences a bit ... ;) has somebody contacted the place to reserve the track yet? I guess any time after 1900-1930 ought to work out ... (need to make sure the people helping on the track or AutoX have enough time for some food and rest before we get going)

OK... just gave them a call, we have a reservation for Saturday 2000, said approx 20 people ... maximum number of cars on the track is 10, usually they run 8 at a time ...

People are asked to wear sport shoes, and if available to bring your own helmets (they have extras there ...)

Btw, price for the one type race is 35 Euro ... I guess the actual race type we'll end up doing will depend on the number of people there ...

Jens, my girls and I plan on doing it in October also.

But for the group in General, It might be cheaper to rent the track for a couple of hours if we have twenty or more people , that way youcan do heats and stuff for the final championship. Just throwing out Ideas.

Recon if we have enough people for like 3 10+40 rounds (regular race is 10+50), we could then run the 1+2 places of them races plus the two best placed thirds for a final ... guess we'll be able to figure something out ...

And maybe we're lucky and get to use the outside part of the track, too ... :) less laps, more track ...

Guess I need to remember to bring all my "racing gear" ... *gg*
