I'm hoping so too. I just had to back away from it though. Maybe in a few days something will pop into my head as what to do next.

Ok so you have 8 with the Jee Jee guy so are you in Roy? You guys are doing as well as the ford guys. Everyone seems to think this is a big dawg event and it is not. Trust me you could be stock and it will still be fun. We will run a loser bracke t to keep the races going. So even if you lose one race you will still be in the bracket.

Itnot that I think its a big dawg event . Its just that with slalom and road course it pretty much takes up my day to do anything else. As JeeJee knows, we have a points race through out the season and there is some serious competition to contend with.

i DO hope i can get the v8 finished in time guys...
and like Roy said, the road racing / slalom requires a lot of time.
maybe we can get silke to let us do a couple of dragrace runs just before the track closes , or something like that ?

Yup, I'm in if It doesn't interfere with work. I might need a tow after I break this 95 clunker.
Silas, still running the opti (weak link)?

WOT yes and no to the opti. I'm just using the low res signal which is all that's needed to operate the Delteq. I'm gonna try the new box that was just sent to me and see what happens. If all else fails then I'll just revert back to the opti and buy a Crane ignition HI-6.

New opti box didn't change anything. It'll bump but it won't fire so I'm not sure if it's the dang Delteq or not. Tried a new updated tune from the vendor as well and no go. I'm just gonna buy a crane and at least try and rule out something.

Well my car should be running by the end of the day so if everything is ok I will get it registered tomorrow then I will decide if I want to drive that far this soon after getting it on the road but either way I will be there.
