Well, I never got back to everyone about the new SS...
I ended up not getting it because my roomate wrecked his 94 Z. Yeah, that means new engine, trans, rearend and seats for $750! Now I can post on the LT1 board!
But what I need is suggestions. I plan to re-fianance my Z to play with the new motor before I put it in. I want to rebuild it and put in a hot cam, headers, water pump, underdrive pully's, etc, etc. possibly new heads if $$$ permits (at least port and polish the stock ones). What I want is a reliable LT1 with about 400 hp. What about the LT4 conversion? Is it worth the money? Help me out, Im converting from a tired 305 TPI... Finally!
