Anyone in this club ski??? I'd like to take a trip to the alps and do some skiing. Anyone else think it's a good idea?

I can a$$ slide the blue hills. As far standing up on two waxed skies I could do this on a flat surface. If you add a hill into the mix I am in trouble. But I have had fun trying it was the days after that hurt.

I want snowboarding last year, my @$$ still hurts. But I will give the skis a try.

So maybe we should get something going. When do you guys want to go? I have plenty of leave or we could do a weekend. I've never skied over here so the only place I know of is Garmisch. I'm thinking January sometime. We will need reservations for rooms down there.

I would go however I'm going to be in the field from the 2 Jan to 15 Feb. Where going to Honsfeld (spelling not sure) Bruce are you going to be down there.
