It jumped out of 3rd a couple times. I think it could give me trouble if I am not careful. It will grind every once in a while both thes problem are mostly happening during light throttle. I will try to adjust my shifter this weekend.

Bruce if it grinding while shifting and it is cold but goes away when it is hot, it is more than likely excessive tolerance on the blocking ring.

if it does it while it is hot or cold it could be a clutch release issue.

As for walking out of gear , thepossibilty lies in too much end play in the 1st thru 3rd gear cluster or the 3rd gear gear synchro is going south.

One thing alot of people donot know is that the T56 comes with internal gear stops . Which of course makes the external adj gearstops on every aftermarket shifter useless and also suspect for not allowing the synchro to fully engage and lock the gear cluster in if it is misadjusted.
