Remember when I stripped all the wax off my car and then buffed it. That's pretty much your only bet on getting rid of the stickey marks. I wouldn't recommend using Rubbing Alchol you may rub the paint off the car. If rubbing alchol can remove super glue imgine what damage it can do to paint. The way I stripped my car and removed some small scratches out of yours is your best bet. I would recommend being very careful on how long you hold the buffer in one place with that abrassive compound. Let me know and I'll give you further instructions in an e-mail. |

gasoline will work. should be alright as long as you wash the spot after. Gas has spilled out of the gas tank on my car several times. |

I like GOO-GONE I have used it on small spots of my car and it has never done anything to my paint or finish.... it's just citric acid. |

I was thinking of doing the same thing with my pin stripes... I was worried about the paint being a differant color under the stripes. I had this car in FL for a long time, then El Paso, so I hope it didn't fade. RT1 |
