The newer, bigger, stronger stang is the Rousch stage 3. The first test was this month, it ran a cucumber cool 12.38 @ 111mph, on radials!

The only thing keeping these off the street, (or S351) is the $$$. 45-50K.

I guess when you figure a $30K car + $10-15K in SC and boltons, it isnt a bad deal for a car with a warranty

I think the Saleens look awesome, but the performance specs don't justify the price for any of them, especially the S7!!

if they would just put some muscle in it it would be okay to me, but you are right Jack about the price.

Especially when most of the money is in the wheels, brakes, recarros, and all the other fancies that dont do anything for speed.

Course it doesnt help that they put a full on 'crack your teeth' road race suspension on it and wonder why the roots blower doesnt help it drop 1/4 times?????

You're right Rob, I don't think it makes too much sense for a car to be able to handle like it's "on rails," and not be able to really go fast!!
