Sorry, I have to vent :-rant: :
10mins ago i came out of the supermarket and I see from the distance like an old BMW 316i rolls slowly directly into the back of my car!! ARGH! The 70 years old driver had forgotten to apply the handbrake or to shift into first gear... his plate mounts left some ugly markings in my bumper and one of my plate lights is broken! ARGH!!
I have to wait until it stops raining to see how much he really damaged - for his sake he didnt hit my borla tips...
(I really don´t know what I would do in that case! :-bash: )
Old people really shouldn´t drive anymore.

Thanks for listening.

Oh "He said POOP", I know this sucks!

I always try to park in the less crowded areas of a parking lot. I know it doesn't help you now and it's not always possible, but...

Ben

I didn´t even use the parking lot (I avoid them whereever possible) - my car was the only one parking in the street (very very wide street, a bit downhill, no traffic, 30-Zone, only 100m away from my house)...but this guy had to park so close behind me...argh.

Five years ago an old lady forgot to apply hand brake at this place and after she left the car it began rolling down the street - without driver. After 100m it hit the corner of our fence heavily and stopped damaged... Luckily there were no children playing in the street at this time.

So, is he going to fix it?? Some guy rolled back at a stoplight one day, hitting my mom's car very slightly. My mother got a bit of road rage (Go Mom!!), jumped out of her car, and proceeded to tear that guy a new one. Gotta love that Southern hospitality, I declare!

Paula :)

People don't care about your sh** dude. There are very few people left in the world that give a sh** about someone elses personal property or anybody other than themselves. Case in point; Just about every day when I come home in base housing, I, at some point, have to wait in a line of cars for some F*** to BACK into his parking spot!!! This drives me up the wall!!! There are many people who do this and probably don't even realize they are even inconveniencing anyone or they don't care. My vote is one the latter, as per the invention of the rearview mirror.

Where did all the courtesy go??

Me through venting.

ChickenKiller, so what you are saying is that the person who chooses to back into "their" parking place is totally self absorbed and is an inconvenience to you? Sounds like maybe you should follow some of your own advise and be more considerate of others around you. Just a thought :)
