I finally pieced the car back together again. John and myself started it up the other day and let it run for a while and then drove it a bit not far since there wasn't a hood or valve covers on it. I got tired of playing around so I dropped a stock LT1 in the engine bay that I ordered from AFFEES (Long block). It cost me about 3gs but hey it's running now so I'm not ashamed. I decided against the bigger cam and headers I wanted to just keep it stock including air filter. I figured I would just post to let everyone know It's alive once again and now I'm in graf/hoensfeld for the next 77days starting yesterday fun fun. John shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh not that you would tell the tale anyways:) I should be more concerend with bruce spilling the beans enven though it's still a big mystery to him to Talk to you all later Ryan.

What is this line of BS about a stock LT1? Do you expect anyone to believe you?

Sounds great, as long as it is before the ice and snow. If it is after that, we will still go, just in the Bimmer instead of the Maro.

I know I would like to cruiz it at least once before it snows. After hearing it start up it sounds to good to leave alone. I only have a few things left to do and one of them seems like it's going to be a biotch which is adjusting the most non noisy rockers i've ever heard the comp pro mags. I know i'm going to have to do the whole #1 top dead center and wiggle and turn a bit but It should go fairly quick. I can honestly say the car is night and day from what it used to be. It went down being a fun cruizer and it came back being a lethal street machine. I would have to thank my wife for being understanding and letting me spend all that money. So I know she checks the board so thanks and you can spend money on that vacumm cleaner you've always wanted:) Just kidding.

Not really a mystery? Good luck and let me know when you want to race.
