Hotrod, I am thinking about buying a 89-ish dodge turbo minivan for a sleeper project. The guy doent want hardly anything for it but it has a bad tranny in it. Do you think you can rebuild it? Maybe to a bit beefier specs? I plan to turn up the boost to crazy levels. :D

Let me know!

Jeff

Sure that would be no problem. Just have to find the time. Have you ever seen that caravan spanking a LT-1 camaro in the quarter. I will have to find the clip and send it to you.
Later dude.

Yes, he did run in the mid 12's with barely doing any thing to the bottom end. I do remember that he did increase the boost. Watch out Bruce!

Good idea, I like to watch some fast cars getting beat by 'slow' vans, some good racing that is.

Well its pretty much a go. The wife has pretty much stamped her approval. I have read on how to get them into the 14's for about $250, and the better part of that is exhaust work.

Do you know how many ricers I can beat at Bitburg with a 14 sec time slip? Even a low 15 sec one? It will be fun next year. I cant wait to see their faces when they get beat by a woodgrain mini-van with a pig riding shotgun!
