Dave's ride shall awake being a monster sometime in January or February at the latest. It's about time after 15 months right? Forgive me if I'm drunk this morning. I swear it is from last night.

So did anyone get any car related items for X-mas? Or anything else cool?

I got (myself) the "Camaro Performance Portfolio" 1993-2000 that's basically a collection of tests of different car magazines of the Camaro...

Hi everybody, sorry I´m late (as always?).
Well, i got a Corvette Mako Shark 1:18 model for Xmas, so i guess that´s car related.
Oh, and i made me a little present, too. A Beretta GTZ as addition to the collectiion. Another GM product in the house...
Best wishes for 2003 from the german rednecks (eg. bavarians )
Dino + Steffi

Goodbye.

Well I guess you can call these gifts to myself. My built 355 will arive in less than 2 weeks. Ordered some dynatech long tubes that will arive within the week. Also will be ordering some AFR heads when I get that extension bonus on 15 Jan. Other presents or better termed present is a digital camera. I like it.

LOL, I feel yo pain brother!!! I have been trying to talk my wife into letting me get the 35th Anniversary Grill for my SS, but she don't like it! I may just order it anyways I am still not sure if I want it myself. At this point I know I should be focusing on performance mods. The grille is on sale right now $100 off... Desicions decisions... Who here has Sub Frame connectors? That is the next performance mod I am wanting to go with. I would prefer to and stenght before I add any more HP. What do you guys think? All opions are welcome, hell, even Sven's

I have SFC's. Well worth it, adding rigidity to the shell. Go for the grille if you want it. Having added the usual performance mods like EGR, ported MAF ends, freeflow exhaust and FIPK, the performance difference is pretty marginal, it just sounds better.
I also have Bilstein lowered suspension. I was watching a motoring programme last night where they set up a TVR for the track. It blitzed the track but was practically undriveable on the road. They softened it up and voila, the car rolled more but was so much better on public roads. It's worth remembering that when you do the mods.
