I was in the gym trying to see what my one time max for my legs were.
I leg pressed 550 lbs on the sled. Is that a good start or am I behind on the power curve. My body weight is 200lbs.
Any help much appreciated .

I'm not a hardcore lifter but I do a little bit. I would say thats pretty good if you don't lift all the time.

Yeah Iam just starting out. So I've got a lot of soreness to workout.
But it feels good . Who am I Kidding , It is kicking my ass.
