Was at the Ring yesterday. Nearly perfect: Nice weather, absolutely dry track and not too many people there. As I said they put new asphalt on some sections and eliminated some bumps. Very nice to drive there now. No reason for panic: They DID NOT eliminate those "jump hills", just the parts where the track surface was bad. :)

New red Porsche GT2 crashed at Flugplatz. Fortunately there were some people who warned the traffic on the hill before Flugplatz otherwise I would have destroyed my tires (because of the carbon parts lying around) or worse...

Apart from that and some minor accidents it was a nice day. :)

Ben

Who was it on the board that wrote something like "you can buy HP, but you can't buy driving skill" - I recon after shelling out some 6-digit amount, they expect the car to do everything for them - but cars like the GT2/3 aren't to forgiving ...

I think some people don't put into account how the tires are loading and unloading as the go over crests and many times facing cornering loads at the same time.
