Eventually there will be a TV report on the 1on1 event
10/12 May at Bitburg
The story will be about one or more racers preparing for and travelling to
the 1on1 event. Maybe somebody with a shop or garage to work on the car and get ready to go. (Well the car should be ready, just some wrench turning for the movie ).
Then continue the story with all at and about the 1on1 weekend, with returning to the success of them particular team(s).
If you are interested, send me some pic of your car and short info, tel. number, I will forward to the TV team.
(Preferrably 1on1 members)
contact page see my signature (go to Club/Contact)
Thank you.

Maybe I will not run leaded fuel this time and really impress some people. So they want to watch me drive 5 hrs to get there or would be willing to drive 5 hrs to watch me work on the car under my carport LOL. I would be more than happy to show off a little for the press at the track.

yeah you are a little bit far out the way, but they will spent at least one whole day at the track... so there should be a chance for everybody to impress...

changing valvesprings is like changing spark plugs. Heads are easy also just more time consuming.

Watch out Hotrod... you are talking to the most experienced and fastest valve spring changer here, he does that as quick as it takes others to check the oil ...
seriously, he does that in autobahn parking lots now, and he still arrives
in time...

BTW I think it was the spring cam combo!!! I am running CC918 now seems to be working except for the broken timing chain and 7 bent valve. A couple people told me I drive it hard and felt sorry for my car. (wife, rich, etc.) I change the oil and PMCS it at least weekly.
