found this in yesterday's paper ...

A guy was checked in a routine inspection in Essen, and, being asked by the Police whether he had drunk anything, answered: "Officer, to be totally honest, I have had at most 20 pils beers, really, not more!". After they checked his alcohol level, they found out he was probably right.

Of course his licence was taken ...

Duh!
