Hey Silas tell me whats up with your car? I heard you found somthing in your engine. Well my mustang is doing well here. You wouldnt believe how much slicks make a difference. There is a car here, a ss camaro, and he runs 12flat and he said he even ran a best of 11:75 with nothing more than headers, exhaust, Cam, and gears, and slicks. You have 2 times the car he does. When I race him he ran a 12.2 at a 110 I ran a 13.4(on street tires) at 113. I am still running my stock tune it cost 475 dollars for dyno tune I may get it next month. Randy Haywood was telling me they found 75 to 90 horses in some tuning for supercharged cars. I hope they find me a few more happes. Well drop me a line and give me the scoop on your car
Mike

Sup Mike! Not much going on here just in limbo like always. Registered the car inop today that was pretty much the highlight today. Yeah...a brotha was sabatoged at the track that day. Some a-hole threw a screw in my intake when the airbox was off. They did me a favor though because the bearings were toast. Maybe 500 mile max driving like a grandma. So needless to say I have repairs.
Your times are nice. Wondered what I would've done there? So how you like being back? Saw Ray the other day. Car is looking good. I want to run him in the worst way. He said the clutch wasn't holding for jack. Only time he said he ran I believe was a 12.7 didn't say mph though....
Keep in touch......

I wish we would of caught who ever did that. I would of personaly knocked a mud hole in his ass and walked it dry. I have no doubt you would be a low 11 sec car here if not knocking on a high ten with slicks. Tell Ray to wrie me on the corral I need to talk to him in a bad way. So what are your plans for a rebuild and are you going to do it while you are still there. Me and the wife are talking about going back there in 3 years. So you might see me again but with a whole new can of whoop ass under the hood. And paint job so no one will suspect any thing when I get there. I love racing you 4th gen guys because they automatically think they got me till I blow them right off the road. Especially with rolling starts then I have to flash my brakes at them .(sound familiar John) The cool thing about over where I am at is that it is Mustang territory they are the cars to beat and there is a lot of themm too. For every 4th gen v-8 I see 4 mustang v-8's.

Good hearing from you Mike. Sounds like there are alot of cars to run down there. Lucky you! As for me I'm rebuilding it w/ new rings, bearings, pistons. The skirts on the pistons were scored beyond recognition. Once it's back up then I'll determine whether to keep it or not. I want a 911 turbo 93 or 94 3.6 ltr. They are just so hard to find here in US spec. Hopefully though my car will have at least the same power as before. I had a leak down test done prior to tearing it down and it was like 16% down on all cylinders! That's w/ less than 6K on it. Cylinder wash was the culprit for that when trying to dial in the fuel when I 1st got it. I'll also take it to the VW dyno again to see the new numbers as well.
Hopefully we'll still be here if you decide to come back. I'll just be up the road hopefully in Spang. Can't stay in Ramstein to 06 even though I could I'm not interested in it at all....
