ok man i have been doing some research on your prob i have went through my books and notes i have only about three or four possible things
1 question are you sure the cam was standard grind by what i mean was it a regrind by saying this take for instance the company that made it may have cut it 5-10 thousanths if they did and you have standard bearings in there that means too much gap which will allow for slop
2. it sounds to me like cam walk
3. the only other solution is manufacture defebt in the cam or poor install
try to find the specs on the cam see if it is standard or cut
these are the only things that i feel could make that cam sound that way

I appreciate your help. I have no idea about whether or not it was a regrind. I bought it from Tony Rowe in Mannheim. It was working fine, like I told you, for the first 6 months. I need to take it to the shop soon.. I'm starting to get sick of looking at it.

I'm taking it somewhere this weekend. I don't feel like hearing any disturbing news. I want to know what the problem is for sure, before I worry about something else.. My wife is even tired of seeing it sit now, so I'm doing something about it now!!!!!!!
