Somebody used my email from this site (Ihave several) and signed me up for Hobbyhuren . Ibelieve that is correct. If Iwas single maybe interested. I think I know what it means but somebody help me out. Did I piss in somebodies wheaties or something? |

I had the same thing happen through hotmail a while back. They even managed to add porn sights to my desktop and I don't even visit those sights. I guess it's someone out there without any kinda life. |

Some address dealers will scan the internet (read: web pages) for email addresses ... doesn't necessarily have to be somebody trying to do something against you ... I need to check how this can be turned off - the feature from the profile doesn't seem to work (changed all the users to not show it anymore, but they are still visible  )

even more funny: I get those. Good: I don't have a wife to explain... Bad: got a 7 year-old daughter sometimes watching (checking her email) so I have to make sure to log on and delete that stuff first. as Garry said, all by machine otherwise they would send me guy's not girls pics. |

If you pay to have something spammed to 1,000,000 people, usually at least 1-2% of those people will respond or sign up. At that rate, you are getting like 1000-2000 people, so you are doing quite well.. There are places that charge you like $30 to spam.. I hate spam with a passion. Every day I have to delete ~200 and the spam function does NOT WORK.

What mail program are you using? Mozilla's anti spam filter works pretty well, once you train it for a couple days and a couple hundred spam mails ... |
