After halfway deciding to go with sway bars (f&b) and strut tower bar, I'm currently trying to see whether to get the GM 1LE sway bars or the BMR ones - anyway, if I go with the GM parts, what's the best place to get them from? After waiting for about 8 weeks to get a set of gaskets for the transmission from the local Opel dealer (and they're still not there yet!), I'm not really looking forward to ordering them from Opel ... any comments?

From what I read over at firebirdv6.com, it appears to me that the poly bushings might not be the best choice for street use ...?!

I think they're ok for everyday street use, but for the person who autocrosses alot, they might not be the best!! I could be wrong, though!!

Garry Get the 1LE sway bars with Poly bushings . Poly bushings are not the greatest in the lower control arms or For that get the 1le bushings for that. leave the spherical rod beaarings for alone. They are high maintenance and transmit alot of road noise to your car. The best bet isto change out your bushings in your LCA's rather than replace them.
