I'm tired of talking the talk, who is near me that can shut me up or back me up.

I'm not beyond driving, but I'll be damned if I drive alll the way to your local track. Meet me half way and we can have some fun.

I'm not trying to beat up on anyone, but I'm tired of talking on this site and feeling people think I'm just talking.

Who in the hell thinks that, Rob? I for one know that you know what the hell you're talking about. I also know that if I were to ferry my car over there, that I would get the sh1t royally kicked out of myself! I don't know what has caused this, but I don't think any of the people worth a damn on this site doubt you one bit!

Hey man, I don't doubt your cars, but I am in El Paso. We have a nice Fbody club growing there. That is a ways from Lawton though. Maybe once my car is back in the states and can get them on a road trip I would love to see what that beast can do.

hey rob I am from OK but wont be back there for a while plus i know the cars I have won't hang right now. you can always hook up with the people at cofba. they have some nice cars. I know lawton is not real close to okc but it is alot closer then I am now.

I hope that didnt translate wrong, but I was talking to Monika (wife) the other day, and she said something that made sense (scary I know). "Most of the people on the board just know you from posts" and it dawned on me that I didnt want to be "that" guy on a internet board.

But I really would like to meet up with anyone that is gonna be around the states.

...as far as that mustang vs. fbody deal, I know (I dont know him, rather know of him) one person on there that is a perfect match for you hawk. I dont think he can beat you, but he is damn fast. If it still the same car, look for a 99 white cobra.

It sort of came off as a bit aggravated, but it's so hard to tell the exact emotions on these boards! ;) I understand, but you don't need to prove anything to anyone. If someone doesn't believe you, who cares. There are plenty of "those guys", and until you bring it, all you have is talk!
