Does anyone know of a shipping company that will ship from the U.S. to my door step here in Germany? Tried FedEx and they will not unless it is a business address. Any ideas? The item I want to ship is a transmission.

UPS will, I think but it will cost you! I have had parts sent to work before. Let me check with a guy I work with and see if he knows of a company. He has ordered a lot of bulk items for his SS.

Try DHL. I know that they deliver to the bases over here so they might do it to your door. I still haven't heard back on the other possibility. I was off through Wed and will see if I can get an answer today. I sent an email yesterday but didn't get a response.

Try Emery Freight out of Frankfurt or Munich. They delivered parts to my motorpool from the states. They also are the carrier that shipped my new tranny over. The only deal with that was I had to pick it up in Frankfurt.

Try http://www.usps.gov
They have a calculator on their site that allows to calculate the shipping costs yourself.

Sorry dude, I didn't call. The wife has kept me very busy this weekend. I just may have to call you when I am at work.
