I have finally broke down and sold my car! Yup, it's final and done. No more money draining F-body $hit for me. I will post Pic's of what is replacing the camaro tomorrow hopefully. You will not be dissapointed in me I am sure...

Later all, it has been fun! Mike "darookie"

Probably just something else that will drain your money! I know how it feels, though. I already have a buyer for my car, and if he is serious, I will get rid of it by the end of the year. If he is not, then I will just hold on to it! ;)

I knew the day would finally come. Moved on to greener pastures. Wish I could've taken it off your hands because you know I would've. You still a FBE man to me though no matter what you push.

Yep. Selling mine too. Decided that it's too thirsty. When the Z06 arrives, I'll sell that too and buy a Toyota Prius to keep costs down now I'm getting married. I guess my V8 days are over.

Jack, with a baby on the way any day now I have become much smarter and more grown up so I won't be spending cash like crazy on this vehicle. Just maybe a few T.V.'s LOL

Is it a Silverado SS? It has the 6.0L engine and AWD.

Didn't think of that one. That way he can say that he owns a SS.

You got it. original plan was an '03 Denali but they screwed me at the dealer so I told them to go **** themselves. Went to Cadilac and they gave me a great deal, so should be picking it up after work! Wanted the EXT (whcih is cheaper) but wifey likes the SUV version better. Awesome truck to say the least...

The EXT is the cheaper one? Ouch ... according to the website, it starts out somewhere around 53 grand ...

I'm sure it's not pocket change for him, but those Air Force guys always seem to get paid more than any other branches of service!

Congrats Mikey, and I am sure you will enjoy it!

I'll believe it when I see the pic's (of you selling it to the new buyer), not doubting that your getting a Cadukes, but selling the Camaro??? C'mon now do I have to go back in time to find the "I'm selling the Camaro for a ricer" post that went on for weeks.

Air Force guys don't get paid that much, new bab plus $57K, what you doing on the side? I need some ideas!!

Good luck with the new baby and ride

Later John
