I am looking for a 2nd or 3rd generation Camaro or Firebird and was wondering if anyone could help me out. It doesn't have to be the most beautiful thing I want it to run though because I would like to be able to race it. If you can help me please let me know.

My '88 convertible is for sale, but it has a Dutch registration, and
is a almost stock 305TBI, so it's more of a cruiser than a racer.

I just posted my 92 RS
http://fbodyeurope.org/board/viewtopic.php?t=4428
Everything has a price, and I just may sell everything I have. Here's what else may be going and in this order:
92 RS 25th Anniversary Heritage Edition, new 5.0 with only 6K on it, 5-spd, red with bashed in driver's door (courtesy of Honda). It's ususally parked behind the Hercules Theater at Ramsticle during the week; at KAHS on the weekends.
87 T/A, engine rebuild in-progress (5.0 TPI) ECD: Jul 04
78 Z-28, engine rebuild in-progress (383/750cfm) ECD: probably never at the rate I'm going. Click on the WWW icon below to see it.
If interested in seeing any of these cars, drop me an e-mail or stop by the Kapaun Auto Hobby and ask.

I appreciate everyones help in trying to find me a car but I have stumbled upon one that is just begging me to buy it so now I am just waiting till Monday for the loan to go through. It is a 81 Z28 with a 250 borred .30 over and has a B&M Shift kit. A real beauty but will need a little TLC. The guy who is sellling it to me told me that he knows you Garry and that you helped him get some of the parts. Does this car sound familiar to you?

Not really - too far away from you folks ... rarely get to see any of the K-Town/area folks apart from a cruise or race weekend ...

Thats cool I just figured I might ask and see maybe if you knew anything. But I am going to know by Monday if I will get it or not and if I do I will bring to the races and see what it can do and you can tell me what you think about it.

Smitty probably meant Barry (me)...he and I were in the same squadron at Kapaun and I spent a lot of time under the hood of that car. Unfortunately, it's running about 12:1. A local shop he took it to talked him into a 750 D/P and it does go through some gas...the car is by no means a daily driver. He did get a Posi installed very recently, which it sorely needed. I know he spent a lot of time getting it cleaned up and it looks pretty good. I'd buy it myself, but its the last thing I really need.

SO chevy you are saying that it is worth the cash? Would it be good for the races? I plan on taking it out on the 5th just to see what it will do. Maybe since you know the car you can help me if I need it?

What's he asking for it now? What he wanted about a month ago is what kept me away from it. I've had 11 2nd Gennies and definitely wanted another, but since picked up the T/A for $3800 less.... You get the picture.
