... buy a Cadillac XLR? Took a look at it while waiting at the Opel place in Bitburg today ... at 90k€ (!) (hm - US price starts at 76k$ which would be around 60k€!?) it pushes less HP than a Corvette (priced between 50-60k€), and doesn't look as nice, either ... OK, it has a DVD GPS system, and maybe one or two other goodies - but still ... IMHO it's no match ... and a 14.3 quartermile ET isn't that quick either (OK, for a 4.6l engine it's pretty decent ...)

yeah werkmeister - they do good work but are not cheap! its where I service mt Bird

they sold an H2 for like 90K euro and an americans Avalanche for some ungodly price.

they do have a big stock of Vettes but they never sell...but they did sell 2 SSR trucks.

Hope they didnt burn you too bad there....my friend took his 'Maro there they said they wanted 900 Euro to put new fuel pump in w/ labor.

Well, the labor wasn't too high ... they only charged me some ~30€+VAT for replacing the alternator (the mechanic did mess around for almost 1 1/2 hours in total, he did do good work - he could have just said "ain't got the right alternator, wait till tomorrow until we get one from Cologne"), but I guess they made their money on the alternator ... the box looks like it has been sitting on their shelves for a while ... a long while ... but then, still cheaper than taking a train or rental car home, getting an alternator from somewhere else, and go back down ...
