I was just talking to George about getting a "real" domain instead of the current subdomain ... what do you guys think, rather "f-body-europe.org", or "fbodyeurope.org" ? Or something completely different?

Cost's not really the issue... I get the domains pretty cheap here, so ... possibly free after all ... the question just is what to get ...

fbodyeurope.org less to remember...... no mistakes

Hey I'm game for it. However think of how hard it is to get people to register now. If people had to pay even a few bucks there would be no one on the board, it would make the board useless. Just a thought.

Either way, I'm in. I mean, even if we have to pay, there are enough of us to make whatever cost incurred fairly insubstantial.

Jack totally agree with you. Maybe if there's another meet soon everyone could pitch in a few bucks. And the issue will be solved.

Fbodyeurope.com isnt taken, and would be awsome... especially when you spread the word to a fellow Fbody(er) and dont have a card. Easier to remember it without the cz28.com.

Usually, the servers we are running shouldn't run into those problems ... (forum was offline for an hour last night I guess - or was it just me not being able to get to it?)

OK, domain is registered and should be reachable from anywhere within the next 24 hours ... I already got the current contents into the new server, though the board is still referenced at the current time ...

OK, I just did a couple of traceroute from the States to here, and it seems the domain should be reachable now ... at least every single traceroute-server I tried was able to resolve the name ... give it a try now ...
