Not sure if anyone is out shopping for new MAF sensors, but before you go lay down $300 bucks plus for a granatelli MAF, or $200 bucks plus for a new stock MAf, http://www.ls1speed.com has the 85mm ZO6 MAf sensors with wiring adapter for 1994- 2002 LT1/ LS1 for only $149.00!!! for what it's worth, I did a little research on replacing the MAF in my car. The short version for the Corvette was the the Granatelli unit was good for the 97-00 years, but when Chevy updated our intake in 01, the Granatelli unit is pretty much worthless. For ya'll it probably means the $149 Z06 one is probably just as good as the $300. |
