Good luck!
Damn, that tüv-guy has to be strict...

I just came back from TÜV - i did not even check if the triangle was in the car. He simply loved it, no defects or problems at all.
I was worried about my stainless steel braided brake lines (and crossdrilled raybestos rotors), he even praised them and the brake test proved it :) (405,400 - 200,200)

2 years ago i failed due to rear brakes and front ball joints, so he does not let everybody pass, he pays attention to safety - but uses his common sense for the rest.

Under the car:
"This is my new aluminium driveshaft out of a TransAm" - "Geil!"

Emission testing was fine too, even though i had to close 3 of the tips with a glove to get a useful lambda-value...

They didn't fail the Jeep because of it, but put it on the report ... (in fact, they even passed the car even though the brakes still had to be done ... don't think they should ... but it was at the shop anyway, and they said they were fixing it ...) Anyway, the TÜV guy was kind of blind ... had the triangle in the rear, the only thing in the back, clearly visible - and he complained there was none in the car ...

Oh well ... guess I'll know more this afternoon ...

D'oh... almost as I was afraid of, Cat's shot ... and the handbrake was stuck (it always freezes - going to drop it off tomorrow for them to park it inside the shop and try it again ...)
Guess I need to find a Cat somewhere now ... Hey Silke, you still need all of your cats? J/K
