Having fun at the Nordschleife in the snow (just in case you're looking at the pics and wondering: I took my glasses off, otherwise I wouldn't have seen anything because of the snow):

We even did one lap backwards/counter-clockwise, something you normally never have the possibility to do! :D

Not quite, :wink: but in the end we did a lap in 20 minutes. That's not bad considering the material (quads) and the snow... :)

That looks like a lot of fun. Linda wants to know if she could take her off-road go-kart up there some time. That might be cool in the snow too.

Sorry, Jerry, I finally realized that was a question:

Using privately owned quads/karts on the Ring (in the snow) is not legal. However, during our quad session one of the guides spotted 2 guys with their own quads and just told them to move out of our way (and I guess they better watch not to be caught by police or so).

If the vehicle has normal license plates you can use it legally when the track is open to the public.
