Hear they are. Going to be very hard to spot once they fade.

Wow... i knew about cops cutting holes into the guard rail (and weakening it seriously hereby) to mount their light barrier, but thank god they had to stop it. Now they build it into the guard rail... i just don´t get it.
Seems like someone got way too much money on his hands..

Yeah, ripping off people is getting harder, so they need to find better ways to do it ...

In our town, one of the main roads leading in/out is a 2lane Bundesstraße. It's outside the city limits, has three very easily visible traffic lights, mostly straight street, and has a 50k speed limit. The three lights are something like 70% of the time green, so most people will speed up. I have not seen any major or minor wrecks there, neither "live" with any parts of vehicles left, nor marks on the street or the rails. Still, the city loves to do speed checks there, must have seen them set up there at least 6 or 7 times over the last 4 weeks. Usually heading outwards.

With all the restrictive speed limits in the states, I would imagine that street to have a 45mph speed limit ... maybe even 50, from what I've seen on my driving during leave time ...

Oh well ...

Garry, they just do that to protect the little kids playing on 2 or 3 lane roads outside the city ;)
