Some of you older people here may remember me, Sven.

I used to roll with Hawk.

Well, I got sent to the states, then to Iraq for one year.

Towards the end of my tour in Iraq I met up with Hawk, who was just starting his tour there.

I just got back from Iraq, and I am currently on vacation driving my 99 Trans Am from Louisiana to Minnesota, visiting some old friends.

I was going to go up to Canada, but travelling clear across the continent from south to north, then back south again is enough for now.

In many places the speed limits are such a drag, you just can not get anywhere...

however some of the Interstate Highways that are in the middle of nowhere, and that have 70 MPH speed limits are much more decent...

because many times you can go much faster, and cover much more over time.

I miss Germany.

I miss it with a burning passion.

I loved the roads over there....and the environment also.

In the cities, many people on this side of the Atlantic drive with no regards to others or themselves....or getting in an accident.

Now it looks easier said, than done, for me to come back to Germany right now...

Well, I am just staying in touch,

even though I was not one of the more hard core members here....

I am not able to come by regularly, but I will still visit the site here every once in awhile....

Take Care,

Sven
