I knew my dog is a bit funny about what all he'll eat -- apart from the occasional popcorn, apple pieces and other stuff, he also loves carrots ... :wtf:
Anyway, I accidentally dropped a piece of cucumber peeling today, he took a look and happily chewed it down ;) I continued giving all the pieces I cut off, he ate all of 'em ...

Maybe he has an identity crisis, believing he's a rabbit or horse or something ;)

Nee, dogs and cats eat EVERYTHING - same as humans
all modern cat and dog food contain: salads, fruits, karots, oat, corn, vitamins ...

had a cat which liked chokolate and flies, another one was crazy about spagetti, one liked cheesecake, felix was vegetarian and preferred "Hüttenkäse", Minka loves fish, while Filou does not even look at fish but would want his daily chicken wings,

the dogs favorite meal was potatoes with meat sauce (he had not many teeth left with 17)
and I even had a horse which ate bred with ham and cheese

it is wrong that mice like bacon or cheese, which they will only eat if they get no fresh salad or fruit, and they love hard dry bred to chew on or as an alternate oat and corn, if you have a mouse in the house then put the trap in the sink, because that is where they go at night to drink a drop of water
