Post subject:  Hedgehogs just don't have any manners ...
Toby discovered a small hedgehog yesterday (going crazy as usual). Tiny one, too, took him up to the vet when Toby got shots, and he said it would probably take till January till he actually had the weight required to hibernate ... so I reckon I have another live-in guest till next May ...

Anyway, that thing is the loudest thing while eating that I ever heard ... fed him cat food, no tellin' how he manages to smack that loudly ... Toby's really quiet in comparison ...

Oh well ... back to car topics ... :)

They make a terrible mess under the car when they pass under.

they usually stay in my barn during the winter ... there is plenty loose hey laying around which they can stay in and it is not as cold as outside, we keep the broken door edge as it is so they can go in and out, and the cats leave plenty food for them also ...

if you think they are loud at eating, you should hear them when having sexual activities ... I thought somebody is getting killed in the bushes until I discovered two of them doing ... whatever ... :oops:
