Ok the bird is at Kapaun right now but those dipsh!t$ that shipped it got my key fobe wet and it corroded inside. (i cleaned but no luck) when they went to get in they tripped the stock alarm....... WHAT DO I DO??? I have a spare keyfobe BUT i didn't have enough time to cal. it to the car before I shipped...if I try to cal. it now will it work??? My wife is due in two weeks and the Dr. today said that they will induce in 1 1/2 if she doesn't diliver on here own so I NEED my car now even if it does fail for DB. can I reset my computer by disconecting the batt. and it work or what??? PLEASE help |

I cannot get to the site at work, but it will not hurt to try and program the new one. Did you try the alcohol to clean it? |

Your alarm should deactivate once you put the key into the ignition and turn it on. |

It won't help you out real quick, but you may want to try partszoneonline.com. Bill Markovich might be able to get you a new key fob for your security system if you can give him the VIN. He is a great guy to work with and has good prices. If he can get one, he would Express Mail it to you in that would help. |

thanks for the help so far..... Bus...the cleanig didn't work If I can get away tomarrow I will try disconecting and reconecting the batt. and reset everything...... i also think after looking a the part # on the new fobe that it wont work cause the numbers are off...they look the same....the guy I bought it from said it was from a 00' camaro....... well off to bed so I can get up in three hrs for a long weekend |
