A guy on a differnet forum asked me about selling a car here. How motivated are Germans to buy an F-body? Will it sell high enough to offset the exchange rate?

'95 Z28: mostly stock, harwood hood, pro magnum 1.6 rockers, a tune, flowmaster exhaust and msd cap and rotor and coil.

He can post it, but needs to keep in mind that there's tax & customs for a German buyer ... of course, with the current exchange rate, it may be a good deal for both sides ...

I can tell you that my bolt-on 93 Z28 appraised for 8500 euros here!

Oh, I know. On the other hand at the same time, there were 2 other similiar ones in Germany that were listed around 6500E. Again, I don't know if they got that, but at least there is a comparison.

I thought it might be worth it if it were some rare car, but I don't think he'll make more money here than he would in the states.

He can give it a try - after all, most of the European F-Bodies are V6 after all ... of course, an LS1 would be more interesting, but ...
