Just on TV ... had a report about a 300m long (!) "Umweltzone" in Dortmund ... isn't there a way to sue bureaucrats for proven stupidity? And - surprisingly - even though they set it up and water the street several times each day (!), they have not been able to measure any positive results in the amount of micro-particles ...
