Ed just sent the first shots back from on my car. After more delays than I care to remember, I dropped it off yesterday with a trunk full of new goodies.

Here's the scoop..LG Coil-overs (Hypercoil springs--700lb front/600lb rear&Bilstein shocks), GMPP adjustable C6 T-1 Sway Bars, polyurethane control arm bushing, camber-kit, arm studs, new wheel bearings, ARP wheel studs, heavy-duty adjustable tie-rod ends and an accusump system along with a few misc things that have been on the to-do list.

Dirty. I like Dirty Bitches. Dirty Bitches with love stripes are even better.

she's a track slut, of course she's dirty.

They did clean her up a little today

The suspension is buttoned back up, just needs a final alignment and it'll be ready to go.

...now onto the accusump

...then it's just a few small items and it's good to go.

next step is the clutch, radiator w/ IOC, Trans/diff. coolers, thinking about a roll bar, and last stop is a head/cam package.

Before

burns oil, leaks coolant, suspension squeak/groans/clicks/every other type of noise along with being way to soft to control the car with good tires (notice the nose dive under braking in my signature)

Oil in the intake manifold

Swapping out coolant lines, gaskets, t-stat & belts

installed catch-can, and engine back together...no more leaks or burning oil :)

Stripes on :D

Coil-overs installed

This is a neat feature, that the switch for the accusump, when the trans/diff coolers go in, I'll add more switches for them.

Still need to make a few adjustments to the ride hight and alignment, and I need to put the Sparco seats back in and go over the car myself, but the car feels great. The ride is more firm than before, but it's not bad unless you have Jeremy Clarkson's weak back. It's also a lot more stable than before. Bumps that would kick the car to the side don't upset the suspension at all. The squeaking that I was expecting from the the poly bushings isn't there, just a little clatter from the adjustable end-links at low speed, but there are actually less random noises than before.

------------------------------------------------

Seats in, found a good deal on an Evo L a few months ago, so my seats finally match and that saves close to 70lbs over OEM.

Now you just need a new nut for behind the wheel. ;)

Ditch the T-Handle
