Option 1:
My Lt's roomate is selling his 94 Z, black, auto, all stock, 69,000 miles. Its a Florida car, and no evidence of harsh winters...$6,500. Which means I can afford to keep my 91 if I choose to... or,

Option 2
2001 SS, black, leather, t-t, manual, with 0.0% finance (60 mo.) with a down payment of $1000 + what I get for my 91 (not sellin' to the dealer!) which would leave me broke, but I'd have 325 horses at my disposal...

Im 50/50. What do you think?

If you can/want to afford it, go with #2 ... that way, you have a new car, lots of power, and warranty to back it up ... sounds like a nice car :) on the other hand, I guess you'll be parking it for the next couple months (or are you going to wait till in the spring?)

I would go with #2, those LS1´s are really mean.... I might know somebody that would be interested in your ´91 if you decide to sell it

Yeah, that and haveing to sell what I have, get refinanced, either pulling everything off what I have now and putting it back to stock and modding the new car. Anyway, I want the Ultra-Z hood, instead of the SS. That's my justification.

I am going to have to buck everyone. I say buy the 94 and make one the daily driver and one go all out. If you can afford both, why not?

There is to many things going for #2. M6 tranny, LS1, SS suspension.

It would take a bucket of money to make the 94 stand on even ground with the LS1, so in the end you will have payments anyway.

I would rethink the T-top part though. If I had it to do again I wouldnt have got them, and because the SS has T-tops it doesnt qualify for the full SS treatment.

Or, you say screw it all, and put the a crate motor in your 91 and call it a day.

definate ###############22222222222222222222. You can't go wrong with that deal. If you go with option one it probably has 69,000 worth of beat on miles on it.
