Did you read the story? Cars with modificatins like that are almost impossible to get plates on here in Norway. But if we import a car from Germany with TUV almost everthing is legal. If it still is in Germany and have been on German plates

Never seen it or heard of it being over here. Then again I have only been coming to germany off and on since 1985. |
