Just got my insurance bill for the car ... rate went down about €45 to just around €210 ... looks like the number of wrecks for F-Bodies must have gone down considerably ... (plus, the regional rate probably went down a bit, too)

Since I own this car, the rate has been decreasing every year. :)

You must a really old bugger then because I pay €500 with 7 years no claims bonus on a 3rd gen f-body in Bavaria which a region of low car crime I am told. On top of that my policy is only for third party, fire and theft !!

I need to speak to your insurer :)

Well, it's 7 months registration only, but I'm down to 30% .. full coverage, liability and everything included ... (though I don't know how much they would pay for an 8 year old car if it were totaled).

Insurer is DA Direct ... you can get the quotes online ...
