I'm going to add coil spacers to my car to try and get through inspection, but if that isn't enough I may need to borrow a taller wheels/tires set-up. My front tires are 25.03 in / 635.76 mm and the rears are 25.85 in 656.59 mm. I haven't seen many running around, so I know this is a long shot.

Johnny, how much more height do you need?

I have a couple of 275/40R17 Z06's that are about 25.66" tall or I have a couple of 275/35R18's that are about 25.58" tall. You are welcome to borrow if that 1/4" will help.

Thanks Brian, but 4th gen wheels won't fit.

I'll have the coil spacers in about a week or so, they're supposed to give a 1.75 inch lift; hopefully enough. I was just stretching for ideas here, I might need that 30 day grace period to work on it. I bought a differen't torque arm (Alston Performance), but it doesn't fit, so I just ordered the spacers yesterday.

So, you are just lifting the rear? What are you doing to the front....if anything?

I had another thought......and it is free! What if you take the car in and fail for height. That way they will only inspect height next time you come in. Then the next time you come in just jack the car up in the hobby shop and let the wheels hang for a minute or so. Drive straight over to inspection with minimum suspension use. It usually takes awhile for the suspension to settle to its set height and may give enough for inspection. Its a theory that I intend on attempting.

I'm placing spacers on all 4 corners, I think the headers are low too if they look again. The car has failed for height and exhaust, the exhaust is the easy fix.

I don't think the springs will extend that much with weight off. It's currently on jack stands and I need to try and reinstall my old torque arm tomorrow. It'll be on jacks for at least 2 weeks before I can try to take it down. If my spacers are here next Friday, then I'll add them and drive it to the station.

What spacers did you get? I can't seem to find any for the front....just the rear.

They're aluminum twist-in spacers. They make 1in and 1.75in spacers.
